ARECA VILLA RULES

To ensure a comfortable, safe, and private vacation experience for all our guests,
Areca Villa kindly asks all guests to comply with the following rules during their stay.

  • Check-in time: 14:00
  • Check-out time: 12:00

Please respect the scheduled times to ensure proper preparation of the villa for the next guests.

  • Pay 50% of the room fee at the time of booking.
  • Pay the remaining 50% upon check-in.
  • The group leader must bring the original ID card (CCCD).
  • Other guests need to provide a copy of ID card or VNeID level 2 for accommodation declaration.
  • At check-in, the group will deposit 2,000,000 VND with the butler.

The deposit will be refunded immediately at check-out if there is no damage or loss of property.

  • The villa only serves the exact number of guests registered at the time of booking.
  • Do not bring additional people to the villa without notifying the butler.
  • Booked rooms CANNOT be cancelled under any circumstances.
  • Room payment can only be reserved for 03 months.
  • Holidays do not allow changes, cancellations, or reservations.
  • It is strictly prohibited to bring firearms, explosives, or toxic substances into the villa.
  • It is strictly prohibited to bring stimulants, drugs, or other prohibited substances.
  • Any illegal behavior will be the sole responsibility of the guest in accordance with the law.
  • Please maintain general hygiene in the villa, garden area, and swimming pool.
  • Do not throw toilet paper or waste into the toilet.
  • After using the kitchen, please wash the dishes clean.
  • Do not move or change the position of furniture on your own.
  • Do not bring items from one room to another.

In case of loss or damage to property, guests are required to compensate 100% of the value.

  • No smoking inside the house.
  • No pets or animals allowed in the villa (surcharge of 2,000,000 VND / pet if violated).
  • No football, camping, or bonfires allowed on the premises.
  • Do not pick flowers, break branches, or pluck fruits.
  • Keep quiet after 22:00.
  • Close room doors and garden doors when not in use.

In case of fire or emergency,
please stay calm and immediately notify the butler or security staff
and follow the safety instructions.

In case guests violate the above rules,
Areca Villa has the right to unilaterally terminate the stay or cancel the booking
without refunding the deposit and without bearing any compensation liability.
